and Conditions of Service
-AALS promises to deliver
accurate flood certifications that meet the guidelines specified by the
National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, based on the latest information available by the
Federal Emergency Management Agency at the time a request is submitted.-Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer agrees to pay a flat rate of $20.00 per certification, which includes the Flood Certification, Life of Loan notification service and HMDA census tract information.
- Customers with volume orders should contact their service representative at (888) 759-9748 to arrange for a discounted rate, to be negotiated based on anticipated orders.
-AALS promises to monitor the flood status of all Life-of-Loan determinations throughout the term of the loan and notify the Customer of changes in flood status within 60 days of the published change from FEMA.
-Customers will be billed every 30 days begining at the end of their first month of service. Payment is expected within 30 days of the billing date.
